Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full HR lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and exit processes. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and requires close collaboration with leadership and business teams to align HR initiatives with organizational goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing payroll and benefits administration in coordination with finance, handling employee relations and conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.

The role also involves designing training and development programs, supporting workforce planning and succession initiatives, maintaining accurate HR records and HRIS data,



and driving a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong HR operations and compliance skills, including experience in HR policy development, labor law adherence, and statutory HR requirements.
- Candidates should possess solid recruitment and talent management skills, including end-to-end hiring, interviewing, onboarding, performance appraisal management, and succession planning in Banking or Debt Syndication Industry.
- Candidates should possess employee relations and engagement skills, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, coaching, and the ability to foster an inclusive and collaborative culture.
- Candidates should possess HR analytics and systems skills, including proficiency with HRIS tools, data reporting, documentation, and the use of metrics to support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess communication and leadership skills, including clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, influencing skills, and the ability to work with senior leadership.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) are beneficial.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, ideally within financial services or a quick-paced corporate environment, along with strong ethical standards and confidentiality.
