Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sikar, responsible for overseeing HR operations and supporting a high-performance academic environment. This role includes managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes for academic and non-academic staff, as well as maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation. The HR Manager will handle performance management cycles, support training and development initiatives, and coordinate employee engagement activities aligned with the institute’s values.
Day-to-day responsibilities also include administering HR policies, managing attendance and leave,
addressing employee queries, and supporting conflict resolution in a fair, inclusive manner. The role involves collaborating with leadership to plan workforce needs and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and institutional guidelines.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition, with experience managing hiring for diverse academic and support roles.
- Candidates should possess skills in performance management, employee engagement, and learning and development to support staff growth and retention.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR operations such as HR documentation, payroll coordination support, attendance and leave management, and policy implementation.
- Candidates should possess skills in communication, interpersonal relations, and conflict resolution, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Candidates should possess skills in using HR software, MS Office tools, and basic data analysis for HR reporting and decision-making.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, ideally in education or service-oriented organizations, is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR best practices, and a commitment to maintaining a fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory workplace is required.
