Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day operations and contribute to a positive, efficient people experience across the organization.
Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities, screening applications, scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and helping with onboarding and orientation processes. The intern will help implement HR policies, support the administration of employee benefits, and assist in organizing training sessions, engagement initiatives, and performance-related documentation. This role will also involve preparing HR reports, updating HR databases,
and coordinating with different teams to ensure accurate personnel management.
This is a full time, on-site role based at Midgrow’s office in Indore.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) concepts and practices, with an interest in building a career in HR.
- Ability to assist with HR Management activities such as recruitment coordination, onboarding support, and maintaining HR documentation.
- Understanding of HR Policies and basic compliance requirements, with the ability to help communicate and implement them consistently.
- Interest or exposure to Employee Benefits administration, including gathering information, supporting enrollments, and responding to basic queries.
- Capacity to support Personnel Management tasks, including maintaining accurate employee records and helping track attendance and performance data.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and comfort interacting with team members at different levels.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software); familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, digitally focused environment.
