Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced creative agency environment. This full-time, on-site role is based in Navi Mumbai and will assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding support, and maintaining employee records. The intern will help implement HR policies,



support employee engagement initiatives, and assist in managing basic personnel and benefits-related queries.

Additional responsibilities may include scheduling interviews, preparing HR documentation, and contributing to HR process improvements under the guidance of senior HR team members.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management and basic employee lifecycle support.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, work collaboratively on-site, and adapt to a dynamic agency setting.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with HR software or ATS tools is an advantage.
