Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Intern role based in Ahmedabad.

The Human Resources

Intern will assist with day-to-day HR activities, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, and helping coordinate onboarding and orientation. The role involves assisting in the implementation of HR policies, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and providing administrative support for HR documentation and compliance.



The intern will collaborate with HR team members and other departments to ensure smooth personnel management and a positive workplace experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Personnel Management and basic employee relations.
- Robust organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools and comfort with digital HR systems.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and maintain confidentiality.
