Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven HRIS Analyst to support the ongoing administration and maintenance of our Human Resource Information System, with primary responsibility for UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) Core HR and Workforce Management systems.

This role is responsible for ensuring employee data accuracy, processing system updates, managing HRIS tickets, and providing timely support to employees and managers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on UKG experience and thrive in a structured, high-volume, SLA-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

HRIS Administration

- Serve as system analyst for UKG (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Workforce Management, Recruitment, Onboarding, Document Manager modules).
- Process employee lifecycle transactions include new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, compensation updates, and organizational changes.
- Maintain system security roles and user access permissions.
- Ensure data accuracy through routine audits and reconciliation activities.
- Support payroll processing by validating employee data prior to payroll deadlines.
- Maintain documentation of processes and standard operating procedures.

Ticket Management & Employee Support




- Manage and resolve HRIS-related tickets through the company’s ticketing system in accordance with established SLAs.
- Work with IT and other internal and external teams for issue resolution.
- Provide timely, accurate support to employees and managers regarding:
- Employee data updates
- Timekeeping corrections
- Payroll discrepancies
- Benefits elections and life event changes
- System access inquiries
- Document case resolutions and maintain detailed records.
- Escalate complex issues to HRIS Director and coordinate with HR, Payroll, IT, or UKG Support as appropriate.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.

Data Integrity & Compliance
- Perform regular data audits to ensure system accuracy and compliance.
- Reconcile HRIS data with payroll and benefits providers.
- Support internal and external audit requests.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data privacy standards.

Reporting Support

- Generate standard and ad-hoc reports from UKG to support HR and business leaders.
- Validate data outputs prior to distribution.

Qualifications

Required

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-3 years of hands-on HRIS experience.
- Demonstrated experience administering UKG (UKG Pro, UKG Ready).
- Experience working in a ticket-based support environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, including employee lifecycle and payroll processes.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data validation).
- Experience supporting multi-state or multi-location workforces.
- Experience with data integrations or file feeds.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
