Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support core HR activities, including assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and helping implement HR policies and procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating interviews, supporting onboarding activities, preparing HR documentation, and helping manage personnel data and employee benefits administration.



The intern will also assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and ensuring HR practices comply with company standards.

This is a full time hybrid role based in Kozhikode, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.

- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.

- Candidates should possess abilities in Personnel Management and maintaining accurate HR records.

- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

- Proficiency with office productivity tools and basic HR software is an advantage.

- Pursuing or having completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
