As we continue to scale, we are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team and gain hands-on experience across Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering.

About the Role

This internship is ideal for individuals who are passionate about building a career in Human Resources. The role offers extensive exposure to end-to-end recruitment while providing opportunities to learn and contribute across the employee lifecycle, HR operations, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, interview feedback, and hiring dashboards.
- Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and external hiring partners.
- Support offer management, pre-boarding, and onboarding activities.
- Contribute to employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.

HRBP & HR Operations





- Support onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, learning initiatives, and internal communications.
- Support probation reviews, confirmation processes, and HR policy implementation.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and people analytics.

What We're Looking For

- MBA (HR), PGDM (HR), MSW (HR), or recent graduates with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized with excellent coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Prior internship experience in HR or Talent Acquisition is an added advantage.
