Scope of Work The HR Executive will be responsible for the complete employee lifecycle across the group —

resort, corporate office, and project sites.

- Talent Acquisition

 Source candidates across portals, referrals and consultants.

 Screen profiles and coordinate interviews.

 Conduct structured, scorecard-based interviews.

 Manage negotiation and offer roll-out.

 Maintain recruitment tracker.

 Build pipeline for seasonal hospitality roles.

- Onboarding & Induction

 Pre-joining documentation and verification.

 Day-one readiness — ID, email, seating, uniform, accommodation.

 Induction on policies, code of conduct, POSH and safety.

 Department-wise onboarding itineraries.

 Personnel file creation.

 30-60-90 day check-ins and probation confirmation.

- HR Policy & Documentation

 Draft, implement and execute HR policies and employee-related programs across the group.

 Maintain policy handbook.

 Standardise HR formats — offers, appointment letters, MOUs, requisitions, warning letters, experience and relieving letters.

 Issue employee letters within timelines.

 Keep policies aligned to labour legislation.

 Version control and circulation.

- Attendance, Leave & Botanix HR Portal

 Administer the Botanix HR Portal — master data, employee records, workflows.

 Onboard employees onto the portal and drive adoption across departments.

 Manage geotagged and biometric attendance for field and site staff.

 Process monthly attendance and leave.

 Resolve attendance and sync discrepancies.

 Maintain leave, comp-off and holiday calendars.

 Attendance and absenteeism MIS.

- Payroll Inputs & Statutory Compliance

 Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs.

 Coordinate with accounts for salary processing.

 Compliance across PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages.

 Maintain registers, challans and returns.

 Handle advances, reimbursements and claims.

 Support audits with documentation.

- Contract Labour & Site Compliance

 Maintain Form 11, Form 13, muster rolls and wage registers.

 Verify contractor PF/ESIC remittances.

 Track site-wise headcount and casual labour records.

 Manage licences and renewals.

 Issue compliance clearance documentation.

 Coordinate site record checks.





- Performance Management

 Run annual appraisal cycle — goals, reviews, ratings, increments.

 Maintain department-wise KRA and KPI scorecards.

 Manage self-review and manager review stages.

 Track deliverable timelines and link misses to documented PIPs.

 Administer PIP milestones.

 Support confirmation and promotion recommendations.

- Employee Relations, Engagement & Rewards

 First point of contact for employee queries and grievances.

 Time-bound, documented grievance resolution.

 Disciplinary process — show cause, warning, enquiry.

 Support POSH Internal Committee and records.

 Execute annual engagement calendar and staff welfare activities.

 Run feedback and pulse surveys and act on findings.

 Administer rewards and recognition cycles.

 Festival celebrations and team events.

 Rework incentive plans based on cycle findings.

 Retention initiatives for critical roles.

 Maintain confidentiality on all employee matters.

- Exit Management

 Manage resignation, notice period and clearance.

 Conduct structured exit interviews.

 Feed exit insights into hiring decisions.

 Coordinate full and final settlement.

 Issue relieving and experience letters.

 Maintain attrition dashboards.

- Manpower Budgeting & HR MIS

 Department-wise headcount mapping.

 Monthly staff cost planning against budget.

 HR MIS — headcount, attrition, cost, hiring status.

 Maintain HR trackers in Excel.

 Data and analysis for leadership reviews.

 Flag cost and manpower variances.

 Working knowledge of Haryana labour rules

Experience

 2–5 years in a generalist HR role.

 Hands-on across recruitment, HR operations and compliance.

 Experience in hospitality, resorts, luxury brands or real estate preferred.

 Ability to independently manage HR across multiple group companies.

-  MBA in Human Resource Management preferred.
