Role Description The Human Resources Business Partner at Groyyo is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing employee relations, advising on HR policies, supporting performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws.
The HR Business Partner will collaborate with managers on employee engagement initiatives,
coaching leaders on people practices and helping to resolve workplace issues constructively. This role also supports HR operations such as onboarding, policy communication, and HR data analysis to drive continuous improvement in people practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies expertise, including experience implementing and maintaining HR frameworks and procedures.
- Candidates should possess solid Employee Relations skills, with a track record of managing employee concerns, engagement initiatives, and conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, ensuring compliance with local regulations and advising stakeholders on legal and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess Performance Management skills, including experience in goal setting, feedback processes, development planning, and performance review cycles.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, along with experience in HR business partnering or generalist HR roles.
- Additional beneficial skills include strong communication and interpersonal abilities, analytical skills for interpreting HR data and trends, proficiency with HRIS tools, and experience in fast-paced or growth-stage organizations.
