Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations to support a high-performance digital marketing team in an on-site, full-time role based in Jaipur.

Responsibilities include handling end-to-end HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management, as well as maintaining accurate HR records and documentation. The role involves fostering positive employee relations, addressing queries and concerns, and ensuring a supportive, inclusive work environment.

The Human Resources

Executive will develop, implement,



and update HR policies and procedures in line with local regulations and company standards. This role will also support performance management, training coordination, and HR reporting to enable organizational growth and employee engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) with practical experience in HR Management and HR Operations.
- Ability to handle Employee Relations effectively, promoting a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative workplace.
- Experience in drafting, implementing, and updating HR Policies in alignment with legal and organizational requirements.
- Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and basic payroll or attendance processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work in office in Jaipur and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a marketing or agency setting is beneficial but not mandatory.
