Role Description The Human Resources and Sales Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting both HR and sales activities at Eduora Hub. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will assist with HR documentation, basic personnel coordination, and support in implementing HR policies and procedures under supervision. The intern will help maintain records related to employee benefits and contribute to internal communication with team members.

On the sales side, the intern will support outreach to prospective students and partners, assist in managing leads, and help prepare presentations or materials that promote Eduora Hub’s services. The role involves collaborating with multiple team members, participating in virtual meetings,



and completing assigned tasks within set timelines while learning about HR and sales operations in an education-focused organization.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing practical skills in these areas.
- Understanding of HR Policies and basic familiarity with Employee Advantages, or willingness to learn these concepts in a structured environment.
- Ability to support Personnel Management tasks, such as maintaining records and assisting with communication, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and assist in sales outreach to students and partners.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks in a remote internship setting.
- Comfort with using digital tools and online platforms for remote work, documentation, and communication.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or course in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent practical interest and experience).
- Motivation to learn about both HR and sales functions in the education and career guidance sector, with a proactive and professional approach.
