Role-Recruitment Manager Experience: 3+ Years Job Type: Full-Time Department: Human Resources We are looking for an HR Manager with 3+ years of experience, preferably with strong expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition . The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring along with day-to-day HR operations. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, referrals, and other channels . Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers. Drive recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction. Handle employee engagement, attendance, leave, and HR-related queries. Maintain employee records and recruitment MIS.



Assist in implementing HR policies and processes.

Support performance management and other HR initiatives.

Requirements 3+ years of HR experience , with strong recruitment experience. Good understanding of end-to-end hiring and talent acquisition . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple positions and hiring requirements. Solid follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.

Experience in fintech/startup environments is an added advantage.
