Role Description The Human Resources Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. This role supports daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and orientation, coordinating interviews and meetings, and preparing HR-related documentation. The position also involves handling general administrative tasks such as scheduling, managing calendars, organizing files, and supporting correspondence for HR leaders and executive staff.

The assistant will respond to employee and candidate inquiries, support customer service–oriented interactions with internal and external stakeholders, and help ensure HR processes run smoothly and efficiently. Collaboration with HR team members and other departments is expected to support compliance, training activities, and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

- Human Resources skills, including basic HR administration, employee record management, and support for recruitment and onboarding.




- Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management, document preparation, and meeting coordination.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with employees, candidates, and external partners.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, HR systems).
- Ability to work on-site in Thane, collaborate with diverse teams, and maintain confidentiality of HR information.
- Prior experience in an HR or administrative support role is preferred; exposure to consulting or safety-focused organizations is a plus.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial.
