Role Description The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records. This full-time, in office role based in Sikar involves implementing HR policies, supporting performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. The role includes handling employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering an inclusive, engaging workplace culture.

Executive will coordinate training and development activities, assist with payroll and benefits administration, and collaborate with management to support workforce planning. The position requires regular interaction with team members across departments to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to oversee core people processes and support organizational goals.
- Candidates should possess practical HR Operations experience, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and compliance-related activities.
- Candidates should possess expertise in HR Policies, ensuring effective implementation, communication, and periodic updates aligned with legal and company standards.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Employee Relations to handle grievances, promote engagement, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR best practices, and experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup is preferred.
- Proficiency with HRIS or HR-related software, MS Office tools, and the ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
