Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Hub Incharge & Delivery Boy based in Bengaluru North. The role involves overseeing daily hub operations, including stock management, loading and unloading dairy products, and ensuring timely dispatches. The individual will be responsible for completing delivery routes efficiently, maintaining product quality during transit, and providing courteous customer service at delivery points.

Daily tasks include coordinating with the central team, maintaining accurate records of deliveries and returns,



handling basic documentation, and ensuring vehicle cleanliness and adherence to safety guidelines. The role also requires proactive problem-solving in case of delivery delays, route challenges, or customer issues, and supporting continuous improvement of last-mile delivery processes.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and basic inventory management skills to manage hub operations and product movement.
- Good communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to navigate routes efficiently, with basic geographical knowledge of Bengaluru North and comfort using mobile navigation apps.
- Physical fitness and stamina to handle loading, unloading, and multiple deliveries throughout the day.
- Valid two-wheeler or light commercial vehicle driving license, with a safe driving record.
- Basic numerical and record-keeping skills to manage delivery logs, receipts, and stock counts.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility towards time-bound deliveries and product care.
- Commitment to hygiene, safety, and handling food products in line with quality standards.
- Prior experience in delivery, logistics, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
