We are looking for an experienced HR & Technical Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment while supporting day-to-day HR activities.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment/HR, with strong hands-on experience hiring for technical and IT positions. You should be comfortable understanding technical requirements, sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening interviews, coordinating the complete recruitment process, and working closely with hiring managers.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Recruitment

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Use Boolean searches and other sourcing techniques to identify relevant candidates.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial HR and technical screening calls.
- Assess candidates based on technical experience, communication skills, salary expectations, availability, and overall suitability.
- Recruit for positions such as Software Developers, Engineers, DevOps, QA, Product, Data, IT and other technical roles.
- Coordinate technical interviews between candidates and internal teams.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Maintain recruitment data and candidate records in the ATS/recruitment system.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness and offer acceptance.

HR Responsibilities
- Support employee onboarding and induction.
- Prepare and coordinate offer letters and other employment documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.




- Support employee engagement and internal HR initiatives.
- Assist with HR policies, processes and procedures.
- Coordinate probation reviews and other employee lifecycle activities.
- Support management with general HR-related requirements.
- Help ensure a positive employee and candidate experience.

Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR/recruitment, including technical recruitment.
- Proven experience recruiting for IT/software/technical positions.
- Good understanding of common technical roles, terminology and skill sets.
- Strong candidate sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn, job portals, ATS platforms and recruitment databases.
- Experience conducting screening interviews.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of hiring requirements.
- Good understanding of general HR processes and employee lifecycle management.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT or a related field.
- Experience working in a technology/software company.
- Experience recruiting across multiple technical disciplines.
- Familiarity with contemporary HR and recruitment tools.

What We're Looking For

We need someone who is more than a CV sourcer. The successful candidate should be capable of understanding technical hiring requirements, proactively finding suitable candidates, confidently conducting initial interviews, managing hiring stakeholders, and taking ownership of recruitment from start to finish while also supporting the company's HR operations.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
