Experience: 3–4 Years
Salary: 20,000–25,000 per month
Location: Okhla Phase 1,New Delhi
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Candidate sourcing through job portals and social media
- Screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers
- Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment records
- Managing joining formalities and onboarding
- Supporting day-to-day HR activities
Requirements
- 3–4 years of relevant HR/Recruitment experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valuable knowledge of recruitment processes
- Ability to handle multiple positions and hiring requirements
- Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred
