- Work from Home Industry: US & Canada Trucking / Logistics Staffing About the Role We are hiring HR Recruiters for our US & Canada CDL-A Driver recruitment process. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing Class A Commercial Drivers in the USA and Canada. This is a night shift role to align with US/Canada time zones. Complete training and system will be provided. Freshers with positive communication are welcome.

Key Responsibilities Sourcing: Find CDL-A drivers through job portals, Facebook groups, referrals, trucking schools, and databases.

Screening: Conduct phone/video interviews to check license validity, driving experience,



work history, and eligibility for USA/Canada.

Documentation: Collect and verify documents - CDL license, passport, medical, driving records, etc..

Coordination: Coordinate with candidates for interviews and on-boarding.

Pipeline Management: Maintain daily targets for calls, interviews scheduled, and placements.

Candidate Counseling: Guide drivers on the recruitment process, and job requirements. MIS & Reporting: Update candidate status and recruitment database in reporting system. Follow-ups: Ensure smooth communication between candidate and client across time zones.
