Key ResponsibilitiesSource and recruit candidates through job portals, references, social media, and other channels. Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates. Screen candidates through calls and initial discussions.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.



Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers. Ensure timely joining of selected candidates.

Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Eligibility

Freshers are welcome to apply. Experienced HR Recruiters are also welcome. Valuable communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is an advantage.
