HR Recruiter – Beauty / OTC Division Experience Required: Minimum 2-3 Years Kudos Ayurveda Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter who has a proven track record of recruiting field sales personnel in the Beauty, OTC, Ayurveda, Personal Care, Wellness or FMCG industry. The candidate must have hands-on experience in hiring positions such as Sales Officer, Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Zonal Sales Manager, Territory Manager, Medical Representative and other field sales roles.

Important: Candidates having recruitment experience only in IT, BPO, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Education, Banking, Hospitality or any other non-Beauty/OTC/FMCG industry will not be considered.

Mandatory Requirement

Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in Beauty, OTC, Ayurveda, Personal Care or FMCG sector. Solid experience in field force hiring across PAN India.



Ability to source candidates through job portals, references, social media and personal network.

Experience in bulk hiring and target-based recruitment. Understanding of sales hierarchy and field staff recruitment.

Responsibilities Fulfil manpower requirements within defined timelines. Source, screen and shortlist suitable candidates. Conduct telephonic and initial interviews. Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements. Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring reports. Ensure timely closure of all open positions.
