Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for showroom, service, sales, and support functions. Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and other channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with department managers and business heads. Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring status updates. Prepare and release offer/appointment letters as per company process.
Coordinate joining formalities and employee documentation. Maintain the candidate database and recruitment records. Support bulk hiring and walk-in drives when required. Coordinate background verification and reference checks.
Ensure timely onboarding of selected candidates. Work closely with business teams to understand manpower requirements. Maintain positive candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
