HR Recruiter We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team.

Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales and non-sales positions. Source candidates through job portals, social media, references and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and management. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain daily recruitment trackers and candidate databases. Achieve daily/weekly hiring and interview targets.

Coordinate the joining process and complete required documentation. Maintain proper records of candidate status and recruitment activities.

Requirements: 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment. Good communication and convincing skills. Comfortable with calling and candidate follow-ups.

Experience with recruitment/job portals will be an advantage. Candidates with experience in Real Estate recruitment will be preferred. Should be target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Thane Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month Employment Type: Full time
