Key Responsibilities

Understand hiring requirements and prepare relevant job descriptions.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

Conduct preliminary HR interviews and evaluate candidates based on role requirements.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Manage offer discussions, documentation, and joining formalities.

Maintain regular communication with shortlisted and selected candidates.

Assist with onboarding and other HR-related activities when required.

Track recruitment metrics such as applications, interviews, selections, and closures.

Stay updated on recruitment trends and effective sourcing strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

0–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.





Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Comfortable working with recruitment platforms, Google Workspace/MS Office, and spreadsheets.

Ability to handle multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously.

Solid follow-up skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

Experience with LinkedIn and job portals.

Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Basic understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.

Experience in telephonic/video screening.

Ability to identify candidates based on skills, attitude, and cultural fit.
