HR Recruiter - Kozhikode, Kerala, India (Retail)

Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates through job portas, referrals, and social media.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

- Handle pre-joining formalities, document verification, and offer roll-outs.

- Conduct induction/orientation sessions for new hires.

- IJP announcement and Coordination with Hiring manager.

- Liaise with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job requirements.

- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and hiring status.

- Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and trackers.

- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and hiring standards.

- Internal Job Post Coordination - IJP announcement and Coordination with Hiring manager.

Requirements





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.

- Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.

Qualifications

- Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

- Work Experience: 1-3 years
