We are hiring HR Recruiter freshers to join our Talent Acquisition team in Chennai. This role offers hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring operations — along with structured training and mentorship from experienced HR professionals. Ideal for candidates looking to build a strong foundation in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/HR screening to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Understand job requirements from hiring teams
- Maintain and update candidate database, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, offer status, and joining formalities
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings
- Support onboarding, documentation,



and induction processes for new hires
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and recruitment coordination

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; HR-related degree (BBA/MBA-HR/MSW) preferred
- Freshers eligible; internship experience in HR/recruitment is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication
- Good coordination, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Positive attitude with a solid willingness to learn and grow in HR
