- Role Overview:
- We are looking for an HR PMO professional to support HR Transformation, Process Excellence, and HR Operations initiatives. The role will manage project tracking, governance, process documentation, stakeholder coordination, and leadership reporting across HR transformation programs.

- Key Responsibilities:

- Manage HR transformation projects, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and action trackers.
- Drive PMO governance, weekly reviews, steering committee meetings, and RAG reporting.
- Create and maintain SOPs, process maps, workflows, and project documentation.
- Identify process gaps and support process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives.
- Coordinate with HR, HRIT, business, and cross-functional stakeholders.




- Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, presentations, and executive summaries for leadership.
- Support change management, communication, and operational readiness activities.

- Required Skills:

- HR PMO / HR Transformation / HR Process Excellence experience.
- Strong project tracking, governance, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills.
- Valuable knowledge of HR processes, process mapping, SOPs, and continuous improvement.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.

- Experience & Qualification:

MBA-HR / MSW / Master's in HR or related discipline preferred
