Role Description The HR Manager role at Roadies INC is a full-time, on-site position based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for logistics and transportation staff. This role will develop and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with local labor regulations, and support workforce planning to meet operational needs.

The HR Manager will handle conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.



The role also involves coordinating training and development programs, managing HR data and reporting, and collaborating with leadership to support organizational growth and culture.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong HR operations and employee relations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of labor laws, compliance practices, and HR policy development, particularly relevant to logistics and transportation environments.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR data management, reporting, and use of HRIS or similar systems to support decision-making and process efficiency.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams and levels.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification (such as SHRM or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Relevant experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist, ideally in logistics, transportation, or similar operational industries.
- Ability to work on-site in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar and collaborate closely with operational leadership and frontline staff.
