Role Summary

We are looking for a high-ownership HR Manager with a solid inclination toward Talent Acquisition &

- Operations, while also contributing across core HR generalist responsibilities. This role will play a critical part in ensuring smooth execution across the employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is structured, proactive, and capable of operating in a fast-scaling, founder- led workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Management

- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including talent acquisition, onboarding, documentation, and exit processes
- Ensure smooth induction and orientation for new hires
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy

HR Operations &

- Compliance

- Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)
- Maintain HR documentation and audit readiness

Administration &





- Campus Operations

- Oversee day-to-day administrative activities across the campus
- Manage office assets, vendor coordination, and facility requirements
- Ensure smooth functioning of infrastructure, housekeeping, and support staff

Employee Experience &

- Grievance Handling

- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
- Support employee engagement initiatives and campus activities
- Ensure a positive and disciplined work environment

Coordination &

- Reporting

- Work closely with leadership and department heads for HR and admin support
- Maintain HR MIS reports and share periodic updates
- Support internal communication and policy implementation
