About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage and strengthen the organization's HR function. The role will work closely with senior management and HODs and will have responsibility across HR Operations, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Payroll Coordination and Statutory Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR Operations and employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions and exits.
- Lead recruitment and manpower planning across corporate and operational functions.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, engagement and workplace-related matters.
- Drive KRA/KPI, performance appraisal and performance management processes.
- Coordinate monthly payroll, attendance, leave, salary revisions and employee compensation activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity, Bonus and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain HR policies,



processes, HRMS records and employee documentation.
- Prepare HR MIS and workforce reports for management.
- Lead and guide the HR team and work closely with HODs on people-related matters.

What We're Looking For
- 7–12 years of HR experience, with 2–3 years in an HR Manager / HR Operations / HR Generalist / HRBP or similar managerial role.
- Solid hands-on experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, Employee Relations and Statutory Compliance.
- Working knowledge of Payroll, HRMS/HRIS, Performance Management and Labour Laws.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving and team-management skills.
- Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Transportation or Cold Chain will be an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
