Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on HR leader, capable of supporting 250+ associates on all HR tracks. We offer highly competitive pay and a robust benefits package for the deserving candidate. The HR Leader partners closely with local business leaders and U.S.-based HR teams to ensure people strategies, policies, and programs are effectively executed, compliant with local requirements, and aligned with organizational goals, workforce needs, and company culture.

The candidate must reside in Mysuru and this role will work in the Mysuru office with working hours of 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM India time.

Job Responsibilities

- HR Compliance: experience in crafting policies, maintaining statutory documentation, ensuring compliance with govt requirements
- HR Operations: HRIS system usage, performance review, HR escalations, PIP process, associate insurance upkeep, maintain and proactively share relevant HR insights analysis with senior leadership in India and USA
- Compensation Benefits: knowledge of market salary benchmarking, experience in working and communicating merit increases etc.




- Talent acquisition, onboarding, offboarding: coordinate and drive hiring (either on own or with vendor partners), associate induction, associate exits
- Associate Engagement: ensure leaders and associates of business units are motivated through innovative, practical HR initiatives

Qualifications

- 6 years experience in handling the job responsibilities stated above
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree
- Experience in working with US or Europe teams
- Must be very proficient in MS tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc

Knowledge, Skills Abilities

- Proficient in MS tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills with Kannada (Mysuru dialect) and English.

Physical Requirements

Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time.
