- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers for mid-level roles across departments.
- Administer onboarding documentation, orientation programs, and new hire compliance (offer letters, background checks, policy acknowledgment).
- Support payroll coordination, attendance tracking, leave management, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT).
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and HRMS data maintenance.
- Handle day-to-day employee queries on policies, benefits, and HR procedures with professionalism and speed.




- Prepare HR reports, maintain personnel records, and ensure audit readiness for internal and external compliance.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

- HRMS platforms (e.g., Zoho People, GreytHR, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Recruitment tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEazy)
- Statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS, Labour laws)
- MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Employee onboarding workflows
- Payroll data coordination

Preferred

- Experience with HR analytics dashboards
- Familiarity with ATS workflows
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, NHRD)
