HRStop.com is a SaaS-based HRMS platform that helps organizations simplify and automate their HR operations. We work with businesses across India and international markets, helping them manage employee data, attendance, leave, payroll, recruitment, performance and other HR processes through technology.

We are looking for an HRMS Executive who is interested in building a career at the intersection of HR, technology and client management.

About the Role

As an HRMS Executive, you will work closely with client HR teams to help them implement and effectively use HRStop. This role involves understanding HR processes, configuring the system, resolving client queries, conducting product training and ensuring successful adoption of the HRMS.

This is a good prospect for someone who wants to move beyond traditional HR and gain practical exposure to HR technology, HRMS implementation and client management.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist clients with HRMS implementation, onboarding and system setup.
- Handle client queries related to HRStop through calls, emails and chat.




- Understand basic HR processes and help clients configure them in HRStop.
- Conduct product training, demonstrations and webinars for clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and ensure smooth HRMS adoption.

Who We're Looking For

- 0–2 years of experience in HR, HR Operations, HRMS, Client Support or similar roles.
- Freshers with an interest in HR Technology and SaaS can also apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving and learning ability.
- Comfortable with client interaction and Work from Office in Noida.
