We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive who can support our growing team by managing recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions, with a focus on game development roles such as Unity Developers, Unreal Developers, Game Designers, 3D Artists, QA Testers, Backend Developers, and Project Managers.Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.Coordinate interviews, conduct HR screenings, and manage the complete hiring process.Handle onboarding, induction, and documentation for new employees.Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies.Manage attendance, leave records, and employee lifecycle processes.Support performance management and employee appraisal activities.Organize employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and HR events.Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work culture.Assist in implementing HR policies, compliance, and best practices.Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.Required Skills &
