Qualifications & Experience required:
- MBA or master's degree in HR/Social Work/ from B schools
- 1-4 years' Employee Engagement Experience
Responsibilites:
- Drive Employee Engagement & Culture Initiatives to enhance employee experience, motivation, and workplace satisfaction.
- Lead CSR Volunteering Programs and encourage employee participation in community and social impact activities.
- Analyze Employee Engagement Data and generate actionable insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and Implement Data-Driven Engagement Strategies that strengthen organizational culture and employee connect.
- Collaborate with Business and HR Teams to execute engagement programs and foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work setting.
Essential Sills:
- Employee Engagement /Data Analytics /Stakeholder Management/ Communication /Project Management / MS Excel & Reporting
