The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in HR and good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Key Roles &

Responsibilities Candidate Screening: Review CVs, shortlist suitable candidates, and conduct initial screening.

Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels.

Employee Onboarding: Manage joining formalities and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Payroll Processing: Assist with monthly payroll processing, attendance, leave, and salary-related data.

HR Operations: Handle day-to-day HR activities and employee queries.

HRMS Administration: Maintain and update employee records and information in the HRMS.

Employee Documentation:



Maintain employee files, joining documents, letters, and other HR records.

Workforce Coordination: Coordinate with employees and different teams regarding attendance, leave, schedules, and HR-related matters.

Compliance Support: Assist in maintaining HR compliance and required statutory documentation. RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in HR or a similar role. Good understanding of recruitment and basic HR operations.

Hands-on experience with HRMS will be preferred. Basic knowledge of payroll and employee documentation. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
