HR Digitisation Analyst Why we need this role Analyses business processes, identifies needs, and recommends solutions to help Colt improve its efficiency, functionality, and profitability.

What you will do Business/ Process Analysts support the business analysis and process improvement workstreams on large, complex projects to ensure that business needs are delivered through clearly communicated, traceable requirements.

What we're looking for Typical tasks and responsibilities will include:

- Planning and leading business process improvement activities, developing accompanying policies and guidelines.
- Planning and managing business situation analysis.
- Planning and leading on scoping, requirements definition and priority setting for the more complex delivery programmes.
- Planning data modelling and design activities, providing advice and guidance to team members using the data structures.
- Assisting in preparing and executing acceptance testing, developing the acceptance criteria and specifying the test cases and scenarios.
- Facilitating business decision-making processes with key stakeholders.
