Role Overview:

The Global HR Data & Analytics team enables insight-led decision making across the enterprise by providing trusted, consistent, and scalable workforce data, reporting, and analytics support.

As part of the Global Capability Center, the HR Data Analyst serves as a key member of a centralized analytics delivery model. This role provides scalable reporting, data validation, compliance data preparation, analytics operations, tool access support, and documentation across regions, functions, and Centers of Excellence.

The role is focused on high-quality execution within a global framework, supporting standardized reporting processes, responding to data requests, recurring scorecard updates, survey/tool enablement, and operational support for HR data products.

Core Responsibilities:

Analytics Operations & Reporting Support:

- Produce standard reports, recurring scorecards, and scheduled reporting updates.
- Fulfill low-to-moderate complexity ad hoc data requests with accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare workforce data cuts by region, business unit, location, function, leader, population, or timeframe.
- Support analysis preparation for senior team members, including data pulls, summaries, backup files, and exhibits.
- Support consistent use of standard reporting definitions, templates, and processes.

Data Validation, QA & Issue Investigation:

- Perform data validation, reconciliation, cleansing, and quality checks across reports, dashboards, and source extracts.
- Validate outputs prior to recurring reporting, dashboard updates, compliance files, or stakeholder distribution.
- Investigate data discrepancies and document findings, root causes, and required follow-up actions.




- Identify recurring data quality issues and escalate to the appropriate team (HR Data & Analytics Leader, HRIS, Global Technology, or data owners).
- Maintain QA checklists and validation procedures to support repeatable, scalable reporting processes.

Compliance, Audit & Regulatory Data Preparation:

- Prepare, format, validate, and reconcile data inputs required for compliance reporting, audits, regulatory submissions, and vendor files.
- Support data preparation for activities such as EEO-1, employment equity, SMETA audits, pay reporting, or other required HR compliance processes.
- Maintain tracking files and supporting documentation where system limitations or manual processes exist.
- Fulfill structured data extraction requests related to legal, audit, or regulatory needs under defined guidelines.
- Ensure compliance-related data preparation follows established privacy, governance, and review procedures.

Dashboard, Report & Data Product Support:

- Support routine dashboard and report operations, including refresh checks, scheduled uploads, validation, and issue tracking.
- Assist with legacy report cleanup, report inventory tracking, and transition activities as
- dashboards and reporting products evolve.
- Support documentation of dashboard logic, report usage, known issues, and standard operating procedures.
- Provide operational support for H2R analytics products. Survey, Tool Access & User Support.
- Support administration of employee listening and analytics tools, including platforms such as Qualtrics.
- Provide first-level support for employee and HR user questions related to analytics tools, dashboards, reports, and access.
- Manage access request intake, tracking, and routing for analytics tools and reporting resources.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting, user navigation, and training support materials.
- Ensure access support aligns with established data privacy, security, and governance standards.

Documentation, SOPs & Process Standardization:

- Maintain documentation for recurring reports, data sources, reporting processes, QA steps, access procedures, and tool support.
- Support the development and maintenance of SOPs, data dictionaries, reporting guides,



and process documentation.
- Contribute to standardized reporting frameworks and consistent use of approved KPIs, metrics, and definitions.
- Track recurring work, open issues, request status, and process improvement opportunities.
- Support knowledge sharing and continuity across the Global HR Data & Analytics delivery model.

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration:

- As part of HR Data & Analytics, partner with data owners, Global Technology, HR Services, and COE stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver accurate outputs.
- Support business and COE requests based on defined scope, templates, and established processes.
- Prepare data summaries, backup materials, and presentation-ready exhibits for review.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure work aligns with global standards, data governance practices, and reporting expectations.
- Participate in continuous improvement and capability building within the GCC analytics support model.

Qualifications Required:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in analytics, reporting, HR data, HR operations, or data support roles.
- Experience producing recurring reports, preparing data extracts, and responding to structured ad hoc data requests.
- Robust Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data validation, and reconciliation techniques.
- Familiarity with HR systems, workforce data, HRIS/HCM platforms, or employee lifecycle data.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes, QA steps, and documentation standards.
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of data privacy principles and appropriate data-sharing practices.

Preferred:

- Previous experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, HR Services, or HR reporting.
- Experience supporting compliance, audit, regulatory, or vendor data preparation.
- Familiarity with employee lifecycle data, including hiring, headcount, turnover, engagement, mobility, performance, or workforce planning.
- Experience with data visualization or reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
- Experience supporting survey or employee listening platforms such as Qualtrics.
- Experience maintaining SOPs, reporting documentation, data dictionaries, or process guides.
- Familiarity with standardized reporting frameworks, KPI definitions, and HR data governance practices
