Title: GCC HR Data Analyst Supervisor
Location: ADM Capability Center
Role Overview:
The Global HR Data & Analytics team enables insight-led decision making across the enterprise by providing trusted, consistent, and scalable workforce data, reporting, and analytics support.
As part of the Global Capability Center, the GCC HR Data Analyst Supervisor serves as the day-to-day lead for HR Data & Analytics delivery, overseeing a team of analysts and ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent execution of reporting, data validation, compliance data preparation, tool access administration, survey support, and documentation across regions and functions. The role is focused on delivering high-quality, standardized analytics support within a global framework, including coordination of work, prioritization, output review, issue resolution, and alignment with global Standards and business needs. As a working supervisor, the position combines people leadership, operational oversight, analytics execution, and process improvement, while supporting scalable delivery of HR data products and services.
Core Responsibilities:
- GCC Team Supervision & Work Coordination
- Supervise GCC-based HR Data Analysts supporting Global HR Data & Analytics.
- Coordinate daily and weekly work assignments across recurring reporting, data validation, compliance data preparation, tool support, documentation, and ad hoc requests.
- Monitor workload, capacity, deadlines, and service quality to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Review team outputs for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and alignment with defined standards.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to GCC analysts to strengthen technical, analytical, and HR data capabilities.
- Escalate capacity constraints, delivery risks, sensitive requests, or complex issues to the People Analytics Lead or appropriate U.S.-based senior specialist.
- Analytics Operations & Reporting Support. Oversee preparation of standard reports, recurring scorecards, scheduled reporting updates, and structured data extracts.

- Ensure low-to-moderate complexity ad hoc data requests are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Support data cuts by region, business unit, location, function, leader, population, or timeframe using approved reporting logic and definitions.
- Manage intake tracking and request status updates for GCC-supported analytics work.
- Support the preparation of backup files, data summaries, exhibits, and analysis-ready datasets for review by senior People Analytics team members.
- Ensure complex, ambiguous, sensitive, or executive-level requests are routed to the appropriate senior team member.
Data Validation, QA & Issue Resolution:
- Own the day-to-day execution of GCC quality assurance routines for recurring reports, dashboards, extracts, and compliance files.
- Review and reinforce QA checklists, reconciliation procedures, and validation steps.
- Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate follow-up with HR Data & Analytics, HRIS, Global Technology, HR Services, or data owners as needed.
- Track recurring data quality issues, document root causes, and escalate issues requiring technical or business owner resolution.
- Ensure reporting outputs are validated prior to release, distribution, or stakeholder use.
- Support continuous improvement of QA processes to improve consistency, reduce rework, and strengthen trust in HR reporting.
- Compliance, Audit & Regulatory Data Preparation
- Oversee GCC support for compliance and audit-related data preparation, including data extraction, formatting, validation, reconciliation, and documentation.
- Support preparation of data inputs for processes such as EEO-1, employment equity, pay reporting, SMETA audits, regulatory requests, vendor files, or other required HR compliance activities.
- Ensure compliance-related data work follows defined instructions, review procedures, privacy expectations, and escalation paths.
- Maintain tracking files, supporting documentation, and evidence of validation where manual processes or system limitations exist.

- Partner with the appropriate U.S.-based compliance, HR, or People Analytics owner for review, interpretation, and final sign-off.
Survey, Tool Access & User Support:
- Supervise GCC support for employee listening tools, analytics platforms, dashboards, reports, and standard reporting resources.
- Oversee first-level support for HR users, including basic troubleshooting, navigation guidance, and access-related questions.
- Coordinate with data owners, Global Technology, HRIS, or database resources for access approvals, provisioning needs, and issue resolution.
- Support survey tool administration activities, including user access, basic platform support, training materials, and governance-aligned access processes.
- Ensure tool access and user support practices align with data privacy, security, and governance standards.
Documentation, SOPs & Process Standardization
- Maintain and improve SOPs, process guides, QA checklists, report inventories, access instructions, and recurring reporting documentation.
- Ensure GCC analysts follow approved procedures, templates, and reporting standards.
- Support the maintenance of data dictionaries, metric documentation, known issue logs,
and process trackers.
- Identify opportunities to standardize repeatable work, reduce manual effort, and improve delivery consistency.
- Partner with U.S.-based senior specialists to ensure documentation reflects current definitions, processes, product changes, and governance expectations.
- Promote knowledge sharing and continuity across GCC analytics support activities.
- Partnership with People Analytics COE and Global Teams
- Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison between GCC HR Data Analysts and the U.S.-based People Analytics team.
- Partner with the People Analytics Lead and senior specialists to align GCC work to team priorities, standards, and delivery expectations.
- Collaborate with HR Data Products, HR Data Architecture, Workforce Insights, HRIS, Global Technology, HR Services, Compliance, and COE stakeholders as needed.
- Support business and COE requests based on defined scope, templates, and established processes.
- Provide updates on GCC delivery status, risks, recurring issues, and process improvement opportunities.
- Help ensure GCC analytics support operates as a scalable extension of the global People Analytics operating model.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Human Resources, Economics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 4+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, HR data, HR operations, shared services, or related data support roles.
- Prior experience coordinating work, leading projects, mentoring analysts, or supervising team members.
- Experience producing or overseeing recurring reports, data extracts, QA processes, and structured ad hoc data requests
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data validation, and reconciliation techniques.
- Familiarity with HR systems, workforce data, HRIS/HCM platforms, or employee lifecycle data.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review work for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a global or shared services environment.
- Solid communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of data privacy principles, sensitive data handling, and appropriate data sharing practices.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, HR Services, HR reporting, or a Global Capability Center/shared services environment.
- Experience supporting compliance, audit, regulatory, or vendor data preparation.
- Experience with SuccessFactors / Employee Central or another leading HRIS/HCM platform.
- Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
- Experience supporting employee listening or survey platforms such as Qualtrics.
- Experience maintaining SOPs, reporting documentation, QA checklists, data dictionaries, or process guides.
