Key Responsibilities Clean, sanitize, and prepare guest rooms according to Ethereal Dune’s premium boutique-hotel standards. Make beds neatly using approved linen, ensuring a polished and inviting appearance. Thoroughly clean and disinfect bathrooms, including showers, toilets, sinks, mirrors, fittings, and floors.

Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all room surfaces, furniture, décor, switches, handles, and high-touch areas. Replenish towels, toiletries, drinking water, tissue, and other in-room guest amenities. Check rooms for stains, damage, maintenance concerns, missing items, or signs of wear; promptly report issues to management.

Maintain the boho-themed décor carefully, ensuring furnishings and styling remain clean, attractive, and properly arranged. Clean and maintain common areas,



including reception, corridors, lounge spaces, stairways, and outdoor guest areas as assigned. Manage used linen, towels, and laundry responsibly; sort, count, store, and report shortages when needed.

Follow all hygiene, safety, and chemical-handling procedures. Respect guest privacy, hotel property, and confidential information at all times. Assist with early check-ins, late check-outs, room inspections, and special cleaning requirements when required.

Work closely with the hotel team to ensure rooms are ready on time and guests receive a seamless experience.
