Role Description The Housekeeping Clerk is a full-time, on-site role based at the Toyota Car Workshop in Bathinda. This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in customer areas, offices, washrooms, and workshop spaces, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal.

The Housekeeping

Clerk ensures laundry tasks are completed for towels, uniforms, and cleaning cloths, and monitors cleaning supplies, reporting needs for replenishment. Daily duties include preparing areas before opening, maintaining cleanliness throughout the day, and assisting with basic customer support by directing visitors and keeping waiting areas tidy. The role also supports adherence to health, hygiene,



and safety standards and may help train new housekeeping staff on established procedures.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong organization skills to manage daily cleaning schedules, supplies, and workspace order.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills to coordinate with workshop staff and clearly report maintenance or safety issues.
