Job Summary:

We seek a passionate and experienced Holidays Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of holiday packages, international & domestic travel destinations, and a customer-centric approach to crafting personalized travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and sell customized domestic & international holiday packages based on client preferences.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and local tour operators to create seamless travel itineraries.
- Handle customer queries and provide expert travel advice, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new leads to increase sales.
- Keep up to date with the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
- Manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including visa processing, flight bookings, accommodation, sightseeing, and transport.
- Ensure cost-effective and competitive pricing for holiday packages.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and ensuring smooth trip execution.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Key Skills & Requirements:

- 1 year of experience in handling holiday packages (domestic & international).
- Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, hotels, and attractions.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.




- Experience with GDS (Amadeus) & travel booking platforms is a plus.
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
