Role Description The Holiday Consultant role at Hayal Travel Co. is a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode.

The Holiday

Consultant will design and customize holiday packages for domestic and international destinations, considering client preferences, budgets, and travel dates. Daily tasks include advising clients on itineraries, accommodations, transport options, and activities, as well as handling ticketing, visa documentation support, and booking confirmations. The role involves responding to inquiries, maintaining accurate records in reservation systems, coordinating with partners and suppliers, and ensuring smooth pre- and post-travel customer support.

Consultant will also contribute to promoting special offers, maintaining up-to-date destination knowledge, and supporting team goals.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to listen, understand needs, and provide clear, friendly guidance.

- Knowledge of holiday package design, itinerary planning, and basic ticketing processes for domestic and international travel.

- Ability to manage bookings, maintain organized records, and handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

- Good communication skills in English; proficiency in regional languages is an advantage.

- Basic understanding of visa processes, travel regulations, and documentation requirements, with willingness to learn and stay updated.

- Comfort with using computers, reservation systems, and common office software; prior experience with travel or booking tools is a plus.

- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing client needs.

- Prior experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or a customer-facing role is preferred; a diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism or a related field is beneficial.
