Jyoti CNC Automation Limited is hiring skilled professionals for our Machine Shop / Production Department in Rajkot, Gujarat.

? Position: HMC & 5-Axis CNC Machine Operator

? Location: Rajkot, Gujarat

? Department: Machine Shop / Production

? Key Responsibilities• Operate HMC and 5-Axis CNC machines

- Perform machine setting, tool loading and offset corrections
- Read engineering drawings and understand machining requirements
- Carry out in-process inspection using measuring instruments
- Maintain quality, productivity and safety standards
- Handle tooling, fixtures and job changeovers
- Identify and resolve basic machining-related issues

? Qualification• ITI / Diploma – Mechanical / Machinist / Tool & Die or relevant trade
- Relevant experience in HMC / 5-Axis CNC machining preferred





⚙️ Required Skills• HMC / 5-Axis CNC machine operation
- Knowledge of Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi controls
- Knowledge of cutting tools, offsets and machining parameters
- Engineering drawing reading and measuring instruments
- Precision machining knowledge will be an added advantage
