Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist (B2B)

Responsibilities

- Identify and research target companies and key decision-makers (HR Heads, LD Managers, Training Managers, and Directors).
- Generate qualified leads through outbound activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and qualified networking.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective corporate clients.
- Qualify leads based on company needs, budget, and decision-making process.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the Sales/Account Executive team.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with lead generation objectives.
- Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to network and generate new business opportunities.
- Consistently achieve and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for lead volume, conversion rate, and meeting targets.

Qualifications & Skills





- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in Corporate Training, Education, or HR Services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience using lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and client engagement.
- Strong understanding of corporate learning development (LD) trends and training industry insights (preferred).
