Experience Required

15-20 years of progressive experience within the TIC industry, with significant exposure to operational leadership, team management, business performance, and customer excellence.

Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Additional management qualifications will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee operational performance across the North Region
- Drive business growth, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with SGS quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Manage large multidisciplinary teams and foster a high-performance culture
- Strengthen customer relationships and enhance service delivery
- Develop and execute regional operational strategies aligned with business objectives
- Monitor KPIs, productivity metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
