Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Leader with 13+ years of experience in IT Consulting, Technology Services, Staffing, or Recruitment Consulting .

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in technology recruitment, external client/account management, and TA leadership , with a proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver hiring programs across diverse technology skill sets.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage external client relationships and strategic recruitment accounts .
- Partner with clients and hiring leaders to understand technology hiring needs and workforce plans.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technology and engineering roles across multiple levels.
- Build and execute sourcing strategies for niche and senior technology talent.
- Lead, mentor,



and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring and delivery goals.
- Drive key recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, quality of hire, offer acceptance, and client satisfaction .
- Conduct regular client reviews and provide recruitment insights, market intelligence, and hiring updates.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow existing client relationships and hiring programs.
- Partner with internal leadership on recruitment strategy, capacity planning, and account growth.

Required Qualifications

- 13+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Strong background in IT Consulting, Technology Services, Staffing, RPO, or Recruitment Consulting .
- Proven experience managing external clients, accounts, and senior stakeholders .
- Strong expertise in recruiting for Software Engineering, Cloud, Data, DevOps, AI/ML, QA, and other technology roles .
- Experience leading and developing recruitment/TA teams .
- Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
- Strong understanding of technology talent markets, sourcing strategies, and recruitment metrics.
- Experience working with US/North American clients is highly preferred.
