Role Description The Head of Purchasing will oversee all purchasing and procurement activities, ensuring the timely and cost-effective sourcing of equipment, materials, and services for critical care infrastructure projects. This full-time, on-site role in Bharatpur involves managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with project, engineering, and finance teams to align purchasing plans with project timelines and budgets. The role includes setting purchasing policies, evaluating supplier performance, and implementing process improvements to strengthen supply chain reliability.





The Head of Purchasing will also ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements, while supporting strategic planning and reporting for procurement functions.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Purchasing Processes and Purchasing, with the ability to develop and implement standardized procedures.
- Demonstrated expertise in Procurement and Supply Chain Management to support end-to-end project requirements.
- Proven Supplier Negotiation skills for securing favorable terms, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Experience in purchasing for medical devices, healthcare infrastructure, or technical projects is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional collaboration, and use procurement or ERP software effectively.
- Strong analytical, budgeting, and contract management skills, with attention to detail and risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and capacity to work on-site in Bharatpur on a full-time basis.
