Key Responsibilities:

- Lead overall facilities and society management across residential projects.
- Manage housekeeping, security, MEP, landscaping, STP/WTP, lifts and common-area maintenance.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, preventive maintenance and timely resolution of resident issues.
- Manage facility vendors, contracts, budgets and service quality.
- Ensure statutory compliance, safety standards and emergency preparedness.
- Coordinate with RWA/society committees, residents and internal project teams.
- Drive cost optimization and high standards of service delivery.

Candidate Profile:

- 15+ years of experience in Facilities/Society Management, preferably in real estate/residential projects.
- Robust experience managing large housing societies and multi-site operations.
- Excellent leadership, vendor management and communication skills.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
