Our client, a leading MNC, is on an urgent search for senior learning & creative leaders.

The Opportunity:

- Grade D – Head of Marketing (Manager level): Leads the Learning Marketing & Communications function — strategy, branding, campaigns, and engagement for the client's learning offerings. Reports to the Head of Creative Services.
- Grade E – Head of Creative Services (Director level): Leads the global Design & Marketing function — Learning Architects, Instructional & Technical Design, Graphic/Motion Design, Portfolio Marketing & Communications. Reports to the Head of Learning.

Engagement: Interim contract, up to 9 months, immediate onboarding — with a strong, discussed pathway to convert into a permanent role with the client. Immediate joiners only — the client is not considering candidates who need to serve a notice period.

Location: India preferred; (full-remote/hybrid during the contract phase; client's local hybrid policy applies on conversion to permanent).

A Quick Sense of the Role (Grade D – Head of Marketing):

- Define and drive the Learning Marketing & Communications strategy across the client's learning offerings
- Lead enterprise-wide, multi-channel learning campaigns
- Own learning brand governance, messaging, and communications quality standards
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team




- Champion AI-enabled marketing & communication practices (Copilot, Adobe Express, Synthesia, Degreed)

A Quick Sense of the Role (Grade E – Head of Creative Services):

- Set strategic direction for how the organization designs, markets, and delivers learning globally
- Lead a multidisciplinary team — learning experience designers, instructional/technical designers, graphic & motion designers, marketers, and branding specialists
- Champion AI-first thinking across learning design, content creation, and delivery
- Own budget and resource planning for the Creative Center of Competence
- Represent the Creative function on the global L&D; leadership team, partnering closely with the Head of Learning
